Just for the record I am in NO WAY a fitness expert and everything I blog about is solely observation from personal experience or just my opinion. I have always been pretty active and have tried to make fitness a regular part of my life. I am sad to say that within the last year and a half a lazy streak fell over me and I pretty much abandoned any healthy lifestyles I had ever adopted. It all started when I got a job at Wiseguy’s Daiquiris in August of 2011. I worked six days a week which lead me to eat fast food on a daily basis, sometimes several times a day. On top of the fast food I drank alcohol WAY too much, but hey that’s what working at a bar will do to you. Those were some of the best times of my life but they definitely came with consequences. After about nine months I had gained weight and was in the worst shape of my life. I continued to have an unhealthy lifestyle until about four months ago when I finally had enough and decided to do something about it. Soooo, I created this blog to share my stories of fitness triumph and defeat and to hopefully keep myself motivated along the way, while hopefully motivating others as well. WE CAN DO THIS!!
